Life is challenging. It can be difficult at times.

There are many experiences that enter our lives and attack our defenses. This can be short-lived or long-term causing disruptions and problems for us, our loved ones or anyone else who enters our path.

My individual therapy sessions are designed to help you explore your inner thoughts and feelings in a confidential and non-judgmental space. You set the pace for exploration as you are the expert in your journey. Together, the aim will be to expand your toolkit with compassion and understanding to empower you to develop healthy coping strategies.

My individual sessions involve using various key approaches that are aimed at addressing, reducing and resolving the impact of traumatic experiences. Our first step and most crucial is establishing a space for safety and trust free of judgment. I am guided by you and your experiences. From there, you can learn to recognize symptoms and understand your reactions.

I aim to support and help you adjust to life without the person or thing you have lost, to find meaning and rebuild a sense of hope and purpose. The therapy is personalised to your unique needs ensuring you can navigate through grief in a healthy and healing manner. The sessions are designed to support this change and help you navigate the emotional and psychological impacts.

Mon to Fri - 8.30 am 'til 8.30pm
Sat/Sun - flexibility of time, please contact for times
60 min sessions: $120
